CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS IN LIFE - STEP FOUR


YOUR HAPPINESS IS MUCH MORE BENEFICIAL FOR YOUR GROWTH THAN HOLDING ON TO ANY TOXICITY FROM THE PAST J Whatever weighs you down - interferes with your natural state of happiness. When you hold on to the past, you keep having the toxic feelings caused by the painful memories of past events.

Do you often regret what you have done or not have done?
Do you often wish you had chosen a different direction in life?
Would you rather have a different past? Would you like to have another chance to do some things all over again?
If your answer is “yes” – your life is driven by guilt.

Chances are, you can’t truly succeed in life and achieve a state of happiness because you subconsciously sabotage your own life. The only way out is to forgive yourself for all that you have been blaming yourself for, and move on. You deserve to be happy. You deserve a better life. You are worth it!

CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS WILL LEAD YOU TO FREEDOM FROM YOUR LIMITATIONS.

 Life is precious. Life is beautiful. All that happens to you is a unique story, one in billions J

Another way of holding on to the past is to be stuck in resentment and anger directed at those who hurt us. That too, just like holding on to guilt, can effectively prevent you from living a happy, fulfilled life.

When you hold on to resentment and anger, you let old memories control your life. You subconsciously create more situations in life, where you can get hurt, again and again.

When you hold on to resentment and anger, you are giving up your happiness and settle for bitterness, and unhappiness instead. You can’t find inner peace, and you lose your joy.

The only way out is to forgive those who hurt you, and move on. You don’t have to be friends with them, hang out or even be in touch with them. All you need is to forgive them in your heart. When you forgive them, you do it for yourself. So that you can be happy and fulfilled. You deserve a better life, free of old pain and not limited by your past. You are worth it.

Your Heart knows how to forgive. Your Mind knows how to be free.
All they need – is your permission to proceed J

STEP FOUR /WEEK FOUR:
Get rid of the old baggage, by forgiving yourself. Useful affirmation for week four:
“I forgive myself for not letting myself be all that I can be. I forgive myself for holding onto old pain and painful memories. I forgive myself for not yet achieving what I would like to achieve. I forgive myself for not thinking highly of myself and others. I fully accept myself for who I am.” – from the book “365 (+1) Affirmations to Create a Great Life” by Johanna Kern.

To free yourself from what weighs you down, forgive also those who caused you pain.
Remember: you don’t have to be their friend, hang out with them or even be in touch. It is important that you will free yourself from the emotional bondage you still may have with them. You are simply freeing yourself from the toxic feelings caused by the painful memories of past events. Your happiness is much more beneficial for your growth than holding on to any toxicity from the past.
Over the next week, recall all the people who may have willingly or unwillingly cause you any pain, discomfort or trouble. With your eyes closed, imagine their faces, one by one, and say to every single one of them:
“I forgive you. You owe me nothing anymore. I am now free from the painful bond we have created. Now I will be on my way, and you will be on yours.”
And before all:
Relax. All is good. All is just the way it is supposed to be J

CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS IN LIFE - STEP THREE /WEEK THREE


WE FEEL IN A CERTAIN WAY, BECAUSE WE’VE CONDITIONED OURSELVES THAT WAY J While stress can cause us sometimes overwhelming discomfort in life - according to psychologists and researchers, happy people are healthier, both physically and emotionally, live longer, and have much more fulfilling lives. Happiness is the door opening to better understanding of the mechanisms of life, expanding our consciousness and reaching far beyond our limitations.
Can we learn how to maintain happiness despite stressful circumstances?
Every single human being is born equipped with natural acceptance, curiosity and joy of living. Each of us is being born happy. As little babies, we are naturally happy, trusting and open. Happiness is not a feeling, but a state of Mind.
You have probably noticed that there are people in the world whose happy state of being defies any logic, any reasoning we’ve been used to. Those people remain happy no matter what the circumstances. Some of them are poor, uneducated, and even illiterate. Some of them lead regular lives, have regular jobs, and deal with similar problems as the rest of our society. Some are richer, perhaps famous, some are truly well off. Some of them may be chronically ill or starving as we speak, somewhere in the depths of Africa.
No matter what their background, and no matter what their circumstances, those people have one thing in common: happiness. It seems to be their natural state of being. We often think of such people as the lucky ones. We tend to say that they were “just born that way”. Here is good news for you: you too were born that way J
YOU WERE BORN TO BE NATURALLY HAPPY, TRUSTING AND OPEN.
What happened then? There could be many reasons for what caused your personal experience and losing your innate joy of life. Usually, we can narrow them down to a specific programming imposed on us during our childhood, or early youth. That programming makes us perceive and respond to the world in a robotic, automatic way, narrowing our consciousness to merely stimuli-response oriented blind tool.
However, more important right now is how to rekindle your happiness and let you expand your consciousness, so that you can be in a consciously happy state of Mind, consciously creating the life you want and deserve.
THE LEVEL OF OUR CONSCIOUSNESS IS DIRECTLY LINKED TO THE LEVEL OF OUR HAPPINESS.
In this series, we are talking specifically about some of the tools given us already by the ancient Masters, and now confirmed by science slowly catching up with their teachings.
It is important to wake up to life. Being born to it is only the beginning J
Happiness, as a state of Mind, can be learned. We can rewire our brains for Conscious Happiness J
STEP THREE /WEEK THREE:
Remember to rejoice in simple pleasures: observe nature, and notice how playful animals are, how the vegetation is thriving. All of nature expresses its joy of living, one way or another.
Rekindle your own joy – express it through simple activities. You may want to play with your kids, or run fast with your dog, or simply: take a break from your work, turn on your favorite music and dance for good 5 minutes until you feel that your mood is being elevated due to rising of the serotonin levels. It really works miracles J
 Remember: excessive exercising does not raise the serotonin levels. You need to vigorously do your favorite activity (dancing, running, biking etc.) only for 5 to 10 minutes to achieve that. Excessive exercising instead makes you feel exhausted – it is used for different purposes, like building muscle tissue (do not use excessive exercising to lose weight – as you will not only gain it back, but also suppress your hormones, leading actually to gaining even more weight).
Useful affirmation for week three:
“I claim my birth-given right to happiness. I let my life fill up with wonderful experiences and wonderful people. I let my life love and spoil me the way I fully deserve. CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS IN LIFE - STEP TWO /WEEK TWO

YOU CAN TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO BE ADDICTED TO JOY AND HAPPINESS J IT’S EASY J There is an interesting characteristic to the human brain:  it easily gets used to particular types of chemicals being released while we are experiencing certain types of emotions. The brain then gets hooked on those chemicals, and wants to feed on them, again and again. And so, the brain creates neuro-paths for the chemicals it is used to. You can imagine those neuro-paths as paths leading through a lawn. The more often we use such paths, the deeper and wider they are. Similarly, the more often we think certain thoughts, and feel emotions related to them – the stronger become the neuro-paths in our brain, while those we don’t use – wither away. Always hungry for more, our addictive brain uses our subconscious to create circumstances in our life in which we will produce more of the chemicals it craves.
Our brain does not care whether we are happy with those circumstances or not, it just wants to get its feed.
IT IS NOT OUR BRAIN BUT OUR CONSCIOUSNESS THAT DECIDES WHETHER WE ARE HAPPY OR NOT. OUR BRAIN IS MERELY ITS TOOL J
We already remember from Einstein, Tesla, Quantum Physics, the 8 Universal Laws and ancient mystics, philosophers and belief systems – that everything is Energy (from our thoughts, the cells of our bodies, all of nature, stars to planets, galaxies and everything else in the Universe). We also know that everything, being a part of Energy – vibrates.
According to 8 Universal Laws for Energy – the frequencies of vibrations of each our thought or deed, affect our lives, creating our “reality”.
The brain works like a powerful generator sending out our thoughts like radio waves – of a particular frequency of their vibrations.
It is important to remember that all vibrations have cumulative tendencies. They work like magnets, and they attract vibrations with similar frequencies.

Like attracts like J

WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, OUR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS ATTRACT PEOPLE AND CIRCUMSTANCES IN OUR LIFE TO MATCH THE QUALITY OF OUR OWN VIBRATIONS.

Think for instance of what you and your friends might have in common, whether it is a character trait, or shared interests. Think also of the circumstances in your life, and how they match what you, deep down, think of yourself and the world you live in.

CIRCUMSTANCES DON’T MAKE US. WE CREATE THE CIRCUMSTANCES ACCORDING TO WHAT WE BELIEVE, THINK AND FEEL.
The good news is, that when we stop experiencing certain type of thoughts and emotions, there is no further need for the related chemicals, and so the neuro-paths wither away. Our brain will create new paths, to accommodate the new chemicals, since whatever state we keep repeating, becomes the new habit for our brain.
There is a simple method for training your brain to be addicted to joy and happiness J
STEP TWO /WEEK TWO:
Focus your thoughts on images, memories, ideas that make you feel happy: those are the “happy coins” that you store in your “bank of happy investments”- containing uplifting, joyous memories.
Whenever sad or angry thoughts begin to occupy your Mind, say to yourself: “These are just thoughts. And thoughts can be changed”.
Then reach for one of your “happy coins”, and enjoy it – purposely focusing on the memory it brings to your Mind J
Whenever we think back to those joyous memories, the “happy coins” elevate our mood, give us confidence and let us trust that we live in a safe, friendly world.
Repeat this procedure for six weeks. That’s the time needed for creating new neuro-paths in our brain. It also takes six weeks for the old, unwanted neuro-paths to wither away.
Useful affirmation for week two:
“My positive thoughts attract positive outcomes. My good feeling attracts positive people. My open and joyous Heart helps me to attract positive events in my life. I rejoice in positive attitude. CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS IN LIFE - STEP ONE /WEEK ONE


THROUGH CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS WE CAN CREATE LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES OF OUR CHOICE, and expand our consciousness J The state of Conscious Happiness IS our choice. Like everything else, that we consciously experience, it requires our attention in order to be initiated and then maintained. We are not talking here about your emotional response to the external circumstances. The joy, sadness, anger or frustration you may feel while reacting to people or situations – speak only of the state of your perception.  Depending on your vision of yourself and your vision of the world - you react and experience your life, yourself and the world around you in a particular way.
CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS IS A STATE OF MIND IN WHICH WE CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSE TO PURPOSELY CREATE FULFILLING AND JOYOUS LIFE J
All of us are capable of changing the old patterns of thinking and learning how to better maintain the state of happiness. We can begin right now J
Remember: what we think and do is the blueprint for what we receive and who we become J Our thoughts behave exactly the same as our actions - in the huge Energy field that everything belongs to: from human cells to planets, stars and galaxies. Everything we know and can think of behaves according to the 8 Universal Laws for Energy. From Einstein, Tesla, Quantum Physics and ancient mystics, philosophers and belief systems – we know that everything is Energy. Science continues to research our origins and physics discover more and more about how the whole “system” works.
WE ALREADY KNOW THAT OUR THOUGHTS ARE ENERGY. THEY BEHAVE LIKE RADIO WAVES.
When we send out a thought, it behaves like other energy waves, vibrating with a particular frequency – either higher or lower. And that depends on what kind of intention lies behind our thought. It has been observed by researchers that the higher the frequency of vibrations, the higher impact they have on everything else. In other words: the higher the vibration of our thought, the faster and more profoundly we create our reality, the experiences of our life.

That phenomenon has not been only observed in quantum field theory but also, interestingly, by many philosophers, mystics and belief systems, for thousands of years. It has been observed that expanded consciousness, altruism, unconditional Love – are the ‘higher virtues’, being of the higher frequency and falling into the category of Gamma brainwaves – that have the biggest power, changing ‘reality’ in a blink of an eye. Think for instance of Mahatma Gandhi, and how he had affected many lives with his high consciousness.

Conscious Happiness is a direct path to living a Beautiful Life:
joyous, healthy, abundant and fulfilled.

STEP ONE/WEEK ONE:
Begin by observing the people and events appearing in your life. Notice the true human kindness residing beneath their imperfections. Deep down, we all want the same: a peaceful, happy and fulfilled life.
Look for the harmony in all events. Start perceiving everything and everyone as a part of one huge energy field, where all of us are connected. Just like drops in the ocean, we are all part of that big ocean: each of us having our individual experiences, yet being a part of a huge community, the symbolic ocean, where all of us are interconnected. In that sense – we are never alone J
Whether we are conscious of that or not, we belong to the world in the same way, as the world belongs to us J
Taking this step toward Conscious Happiness, you will experience a shift in your consciousness, and move from discomfort to the awareness of Love and Joy, residing in all life.
