I started the New Year contemplating, observing and sharing
my thoughts on “The Gift of Happiness”. And of course, it is clear that the
conscious way to Happiness needs to be in harmony with what’s in our
subconscious. We can fill our Mind with happy thoughts, goals, desires, plans
and strategies. We can ask our Body to follow and execute our plans, we can
fill our daily schedules and get busy with daily tasks. And yet, all that we
are doing may lead us to the next disappointment with life and we may end up,
again, dwelling in Unhappiness. Our subconscious ALWAYS wins. We cannot control
it in any way. We can only reprogram it. And one of the most important things
is to become aware of our subconscious Shadows, and learn how to transform
them.
